Mr. Roulston is a well-known mining industry executive with over 35 years of diverse experience in the mining industry. Mr. Roulston is currently the managing director of WestBay Capital Advisors which provides business advisory and capital markets expertise to the mining industry. Mr. Roulston is frequently asked to speak at mining industry conferences to provide his views on industry issues. Mr. Roulston has previously worked with major and junior mining companies in British Columbia with a focus on exploration. He has graduate-level training in business and holds a BSc in geology. Mr. Roulston is also a director and advisor to a group of select resource companies.
Mr Bernard is currently the managing shareholder of W & S Bernard Investments Ltd, a privately owned residential and commercial real estate holding company. He has been actively involved in business building from the time he immigrated to Canada in 1983. He has previous experience as a partner or owner in the real estate, hospitality, retail and manufacturing industry. Since the late 1990′ Mr Bernard has been involved in the management of several publicly traded company’s as Director, Chairman of the Board,President and C.F.O. Mr Bernard resides in Kelowna, BC.
Mark T. Brown
Mr. Brown is a mining industry financial executive with over 25 years of financial and mining experience. Mr. Brown is a Chartered Professional Accountant, CA, and qualified at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Vancouver BC. Mr. Brown founded Rare Element Resources Ltd. and built it into a $500 million company, listing it on the NYSE Amex Stock Exchange. Mr. Brown has also been active in the several successful exploration companies and invests actively in companies with his team at Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd.
Self employed as a business consultant with more than 30 years of experience in helping small businesses, marketing and tourism in the wine industry, government operations and public policy development at various levels of government including First Nations. Served over 18 years in public office as a Member of Parliament in Ottawa and City Councillor in Kelowna BC. Director on various profit & non-profit Boards with committee experience ranging from audit, finance, government operations, human resources, health and fisheries.
B.H. (Ben) Whiting, P.Geo., FSEG, KStG
Mr. Ben Whiting is a professional geoscientist with more than 40 years of experience in the international mining industry. He has worked for both major & junior companies, managing a wide range of operations from exploration through to mine development. He has also acted as a special advisor on mining industry matters to government agencies and is a past Adjunct Professor of Queen’s University and the University of British Columbia in the Geological Sciences & Mining Engineering departments. Ben is an “Economic Geology” medal award winner and the 2008 IAC “Explorer of the Year. Currently in conjunction with his Director’s position with Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd., Ben Whiting serves as Vice President Exploration for Orex Minerals Inc. and Barsele Minerals Corp. in the Belcarra Group
Lucia Thenyis a structural and economic geologist with experience in base and precious metal exploration. As a field geologist for several junior exploration companies, she has conducted successful exploration programs on grassroots and brownfields projects. With worldwide experience, a majority of her career has been focused in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle. Ms. Theny has experience with several deposit types including SEDEX, porphyry, epithermal, skarn, sediment hosted, intrusion related and volcanogenic hosted massive sulphide (VHMS). Ms. Theny founded an independent geological consulting practice and has been providing geological and project management services to a number of clients since 2013. Ms. Theny holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Earth and Environmental Sciences, specializing in geology from the University of British Columbia and a M.Sc. in Earth Sciences, focused on structural and economic geology from Simon Fraser University.

Ms. Nancy Curry brings over 25 years of financial market, strategic planning and public company management experience to Mountain Boy. Nancy began her career working in the brokerage industry and since 1995 has worked with several mineral resource and development companies. Nancy will bring industry recognized best practices for Corporate Communications and Investor Relations programs to Mountain Boy, in addition to strengths in corporate development, finance and strategic planning. Nancy was VP Corporate Communications for Diamonds North Resources Ltd. (2002 through 2010) where that company was nominated twice for Best Investor Relations by a TSX Venture Exchange Company by IR Magazine.

Ms. Wong is also a mining industry financial executive and acts at the Chief Financial Officer and Director of select mining industry companies. Ms. Wong is also a Chartered Professional Accountant, CA, and qualified while working with Deloittes. Ms. Wong is also Vice President of Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd. based in Vancouver BC.
